If you have had a positive pregnancy test, you can refer yourself to a midwife without the need to see a doctor.
Please let your Doctor know of your referral by completing this form and call the Royal Berks Maternity Appointments line on 0118 322 8964 (select option 1) to make an appointment. Lines are open Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.
Pregnant women are recommended to have the flu jab, find out more about our flu vaccinations clinics.
