Insurance Reports, Subject Access Requests (SARs), and Private Letters Policy
Turnaround Time:
Our standard turnaround time for processing insurance reports, Subject Access Requests (SARs), and private letters is 4 to 6 weeks from the date the request is received.
Process Overview:
- Requests are processed strictly in date order to ensure fairness.
- All documentation is compiled by our administrative team and signed off by a GP.
- Evidence will be drawn directly from the patient’s medical records. We do not provide opinions or interpretive commentary in reports or letters.
Payment Policy (Private Work):

SARs (Subject Access Requests):
- SARs are provided free of charge in accordance with UK GDPR unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged.
- Identification may be required to verify the legitimacy of the request.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure your request is specific and clear to avoid delays.
- If you require urgent documentation, we regret that we are unable to prioritise requests outside of the standard processing order.
